Cosmetic reasons:

Breast reconstruction (mastectomy reconstruction): This is surgery often is done after breast cancer surgery to reform one or both breasts that have been partially or completely removed
Breast augmentation: A common technique for increasing the breasts’ size is the placement of implants. Fat Injection is also another technique for breast augmentation that uses body fat to enlarge the breasts.

Do males have breast surgery in Iran?

The enlargement or swelling of breasts in men is called Gynecomastia. Breast surgery for men happens in approximately 60% of all men during their lifetime. In Iran, breast surgery for males can be done for treating cancer or beauty goals like improving the shape of the breasts.

How long does breast surgery last?

The duration of the operation depends on the type of breast surgery. For example, a lumpectomy surgery typically takes about one to two hours. Breast reduction surgeries take about three to five hours.
